We provide digital safety planning, remote guidance, configuration, reports, and optional in-person assistance (availability varies).

You must be 18+ and legally authorized to manage devices in your household.

4. Bookings & Accounts
You agree to provide accurate information. Rescheduling policies are described at checkout or in your confirmation email.

5. Payments & Refunds
Prices are shown at checkout. Setup fees are payable in advance. If you’re unsatisfied after the first session, contact us—we’ll make it right per our satisfaction policy.

6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse our services or attempt to access devices or accounts you don’t own or manage.

7. Third-Party Tools
We may recommend software or services. Those tools are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

8. Intellectual Property
All KidProtekt materials (logos, guides, site content) are protected. You may not copy or republish without permission.

9. Warranty Disclaimer
Services are provided “as is.” We cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of third-party tools or networks.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KidProtekt is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the applicable service.

11. Governing Law
Ontario, Canada (without regard to conflict of laws). Disputes will be handled in Ontario courts.
