What’s included in Basic?
A tailored safety plan, setup for one primary device, a 1-hour onboarding call, and 30 days of email support.
Why is Standard the most popular?
It covers up to six devices, includes live troubleshooting, three months of support, and monthly recommendations.
Can I add devices?
Yes—add-ons are available; Standard adds extra devices for a flat fee per device.
What about Premium?
Custom, concierge service with in-person options, device & privacy audit, and priority support.
Do you store my passwords?
No. We never keep credentials. We guide you to manage them securely on your devices.
Will you see our family’s data?
Only what’s required during setup. We do not sell personal data—ever.
What if something breaks after setup?
Each plan includes ongoing support. You can also book additional sessions any time.
